'Court shooter' remanded behind bars

AN ALLEGED Junky Funky Kidz member accused of being one of the shooters who executed an alleged gang hit at the Wynberg Regional Court has been sent to prison while a lawyer is appointed for him.
This was revealed as Abubaker Adams, 24, made his first appearance in the Wynberg Magistrate's Court yesterday, after he was busted over the weekend.
The man, who sources claim is a “captain” for the gang in Steenberg, is set to join gang girlfriend Shireen Matthews in the same court building today for the murder of Dingalomoyo Chintso, 49.
The shocking shooting on the 4th floor of the building, which houses the Wynberg Regional Court, sent tongues wagging amid false claims that the victim was a state witness.
