CLIMATE change is a global threat, and it's frustrating that some people still look for reasons to brush it aside.

A familiar claim is that other countries are doing nothing to move away from fossil fuels. While every nation needs to raise its game, this view is now out of date.
Lower costs and the need to protect economies from the volatility of fossil fuel markets mean that, globally, investment in clean technologies is now twice the money spent on fossil fuels.
