All things are possible as one to go down from five sides

DERBY County, Stoke City, Hull City, Preston North End and Luton Town head into today's final day of the Championship season knowing one will go down and all know a win will guarantee their survival.
Cardiff City (44 points) have had their relegation confirmed and Plymouth Argyle (46 points) are as good as doomed because they would need a 14-goal swing as well as results to go their way.
But the third spot in the drop zone is yet to be decided
Hull (48 points, minus 10 goal difference) are currently third from bottom but only one point behind the next three teams: Luton (-22 gd), Preston (-11 gd) and Derby (-8 gd).
Stoke are next up on 50 points but with goal difference down to minus 17 after defeats to Leeds United and Sheffield United in the last week.
John Eustace's Derby and Stoke meet each other at Pride Park while Hull, Luton and Preston are all away from home, heading to play Portsmouth, West Bromwich Albion and Bristol City respectively.
Derby significantly bolstered their chances of survival with back to back away wins.
After surprising West Brom with a 3-1 win on Easter Monday, they followed up with a huge win away to Hull at the weekend.
That has left Derby with their fate in their own hands heading into the final-day clash against the Potters.
Here are the permutations and who needs what as the Rams battle for Championship survival.
How does the table look? What are the final day fixtures?
