SUGGESTED a full inquiry into foreign influence in British politics is needed after former Reform UK Wales leader Nathan Gill was jailed for accepting bribes to issue pro-Moscow statements (PM's Reform UK Russia call isn’t enough, Letters, November 26).
Recently we learnt from the Electoral Commission that Reform UK has received a £9 million donation from British-born, Thailand-based investor Christopher Harborne - reportedly the largest political donation ever from a living individual to a UK political party (Reform UK is handed record £9m donation, Post, December 5).
