Developer should be 'good neighbour'

Those of us who have the good fortune to travel a lot in East Perthshire will have noticed an unusual amount of congestion on the A94 over the last three weeks owing to the daytime closure of this key trunk road.

This was to allow the council's contractors to undertake comprehensive resurfacing and line painting at Main Road Woodside.

I for one am really pleased these are now finished on time and that there is extra traffic calming on the road to complement the speed activated signs.

I really welcome these improvements, and I'm delighted to see the back of the diversion.

Many in Blairgowrie and Rattray will know about the Persimmon development off the Dunkeld Road in Blairgowrie.
