Council agrees to holiday flats plan for former hotel

A 14-bedroom hotel is to be turned into serviced holiday lets.

Planners have given the green light to an application to turn the 14 bedrooms into three self-contained serviced apartments.

The proposals relate to a property which has been known as the Priory Hotel, on Yorkshire Street, just off the promenade opposite Central Pier.

The accommodation will now be called Coast and Comfort.
