Nicklin bought by advisory group

A BLACK Country accountancy practice has become the latest company to join a rapidly expanding finance and business advisory group.

Halesowen-based Nicklin has been bought out by private equity-backed DJH as part of its growth strategy which it hopes will place it among the UK's top 20 accountancy firms. The buyout strengthens DJH’s presence in the West Midlands where it already has a base in Walsall alongside its head office in Stoke-on-Trent, alongside a further ten offices across England. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
