Mayor backs initiative to boost job prospects for hundreds in region

A CHARITY has helped hundreds of Birmingham and Solihull people secure jobs and training in just a year.
West Midlands mayor Richard Parker hailed the Colebridge Trust in Solihull for 'changing lives' and helping people facing a range of challenges gain the confidence needed to get employment.
During the past year, 500 people living in North Solihull and East Birmingham with issues such as learning disabilities, long term health issues as well as single parents and people aged over 50 have been supported.
