Warwickshire have been involved in a play-off for the UKDA National Singles Knockout which was played down to a winner, that winner being Dave Pallett who had a 4-3 win over Nigel Heydon in the final, Heydon winning all of his three legs in fifteen darts while Pallet had winning legs of 15, 16, 13 and 21 darts. However, four players go through to the finals in July and the other three joining Pallett will be Danny Lauby, Noel Grant and Heydon.

After having a bye in the latest round of fixtures in the Premier League of the Sheldon and District Winter League, Langley Arrows are confirmed champions of the division.

However they only won the title on average as their nearest rivals Sheldon Marlborough Arrows ended their campaign with a somewhat surprising 5-4 defeat at home against Brian's Flights who are just two places off the foot of the table with ten points while their hosts finished on the same 28 points as Langley Arrows, the defeat costing them the title. Banbury Club got the wooden spoon having just three wins in their 16 fixtures.
