STU TO OPEN RESTAURANT AT COUNTRY HOUSE WHERE HE ONCE WORKED
A CHEF who worked in Birmingham's finest kitchens before leading a Solihull restaurant into the Michelin Guide is to open a new location.
MasterChef: The Professionals 2019 winner Stu Deeley is to launch The Warwick this summer, a restaurant within the grounds of the Mallory Court Country House Hotel in Leamington Spa.
The chef is no stranger to hotel dining - his restaurant Smoke at Hampton Manor, near Solihull, made the Michelin Guide and earned three AA Rosettes before it closed in March.
