BLUES racked up their 40th win of the season in all competitions against Burton on Easter Monday.

No let-up with Davies back in the thick of it!

The League One champions bruised the Brewers' bid for survival with a 2-1 triumph, courtesy of first-half goals from Alfons Sampsted and Jay Stansfield. Fabio Tavares grabbed a consolation for Burton in stoppage time but it was nothing more than that on an afternoon where Blues dominated. Here are the talking points from the Pirelli Stadium.

Winning is a habit

Blues have now won 30 matches in the league. Losing has been a habit in recent seasons but Chris Davies, albeit in the third tier, has built a winning machine. Their ability to churn out victories has put them on the brink of records. Two more will give Blues the League One points record, three for the EFL record.

The manager isn’t letting his players slow down.
