Man charged with attempted murder after city stabbing

A MAN has been charged with attempted murder after a woman was stabbed in Birmingham city centre.
The incident took place in Smallbrook Queensway, close to the Bullring shopping centre and Birmingham New Street Station around 9pm on Friday.
A woman in her 30s was in a life-threatening condition after suffering a serious neck injury.
She was taken to hospital and was in a critical condition.
Now, Djeison Rafael, 21, has been charged with attempted murder.
