Livingstone to play lead role for Phoenix

BIG-HITTING England all-rounder Liam Livingstone will take centre stage at Edgbaston this summer after being confirmed as Birmingham Phoenix men's captain in The Hundred.
Livingstone, who has made Edgbaston his home since the start of the franchise, is Phoenix men's highest run-scorer with 755 and has also hit 52 sixes - the most by any player in the competition's history. He takes over as skipper from Birmingham-born Moeen Ali, who recently announced his retirement from domestic cricket.
