History is in our hands says Davies

MANAGER Chris Davies has told his players to write their names into Blues' history by achieving a league and cup double.

Blues wrapped up promotion on Tuesday by beating Peterborough and a repeat result at Wembley will secure the Vertu Trophy.

The current crop of Blues stars can emulate Barry Fry's team of 30 years ago and Davies has tried to make sure that possibility hasn't been lost on his charges this season.

"What I've tried to do is create a vision of where we're going and what's possible," he said.

"To be a leader you've got to be leading somewhere and going somewhere.
