ELLEN WROTE POEM FOR HER HERO AND HAS NOW PUT IT TO MUSIC

- HARRY LEACH

Dying mum releases Ozzy tribute song

A BIRMINGHAM mum tragically told she only has months to live has seen her poem in memory of Ozzy Osbourne turned into a rock song.

Ellen Underwood's poem to the late Black Sabbath frontman inspired her to turn her words into a song - 'Legends Never Die' which has been released on all major music platforms.

The 57-year-old said it would be a “dying wish come true” if the catchy rock tune, which she wrote the lyrics for, reached number one in the charts.

Huge Ozzy fan Ellen, who has promised to donate a percentage of the profits to the three charities chosen by Black Sabbath for their final gig in July if the song is successful, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020.
