Suspects nabbed over robbery of Chinese citizen in Pattaya

>>CHON BURI: Police have arrested four suspects — two Chinese and two Thais — in connection with the abduction and robbery of a Chinese citizen in central Pattaya last week.
The incident occurred about 5.30am on July 10 outside a noodle shop on North Pattaya Road. The victim, Lin Yifan, 52, was forced into a white SUV by a group of men claiming to be police.
According to his police complaint, he was tied up at gunpoint, robbed of cash and personal belongings, and later dumped by the roadside about 9km away near a shooting range in Soi Chaiyapruek 2.
