Cops nab Korean crypto scam suspect

>>The Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) has arrested a 33-year-old South Korean man accused of helping a call-centre gang launder cryptocurrency.
Pol Maj Gen Athip Phongsiwaphai, TCSD commander, ordered TCSD Subdivision 2 to arrest the suspect, identified only as Han, at Suvarnabhumi Airport's immigration checkpoint.
He had recently arrived by plane.
The arrest was carried out under a Criminal Court warrant issued on Feb 6. Police seized his mobile phone, which contained a list of numerous cryptocurrency accounts across various platforms.
