The trajectory of the artificial intelligence (AI) market signals a decisive shift in how consumers interact with technology, businesses and even their own daily routines.

The market for the Al sector in Thailand is projected to reach US$1.36 billion in 2025, according to Statista, surging to an annual growth rate of 32.3% during 2025-2031, resulting in a market volume of $7.31 billion by 2031.

This explosion is likely driven by the maturity of two critical components: agentic AI and ambient AI.

Agentic AI, which can act autonomously to complete tasks, will play a transformative role in both consumer and enterprise contexts.

For consumers, it will translate into more personalised and intelligent services, while for businesses, it means automating complex workflows, improving customer experiences and enabling faster innovation.
