Planning permission granted for new village homes

Following a previously successful development in Bargeddie, Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has been granted permission by North Lanarkshire Council to deliver 117 new homes in the village.

Pre-construction works for the much anticipated development off Manse Road are already underway.

The approved plans for Manse View will feature a variety of three and four-bedroom homes designed to appeal to a wide range of buyers.

This new neighbourhood will include a central green park, complemented by a play area.

The development will also introduce a new range of homes that Taylor Wimpey plans to construct in Scotland, ensuring high-quality living spaces for future homeowners.
