Bihar cabinet approves welfare panel for sanitation workers, 5 dairy plants

The Bihar cabinet on Tuesday cleared a host of proposals, including the constitution of a commission for the welfare of sanitation workers, setting up of five dairy plants, renovation of school classrooms, and bringing a religious fair under the management of the government.

The decisions assume significance with assembly polls due to be held later this year.
