Incident Took Place During Heavy Rain on Tuesday Morning
A staircase collapsed in a three-storey residential building in Dudheshwar on Tuesday morning, trapping 16 people inside their homes. The incident took place around 10:10 am at Block-A of Dharmi Society, during heavy rainfall and strong winds.
