FOUR organisations which provide a range of services to residents have been awarded grants.

The Cabinet Action Fund was introduced earlier this year and aims to support community projects and organisations who provide valued services.
Hyndburn Borough Council has awarded more Cabinet Action Fund grants to the following organisations:
ENFIELD Cricket Club: £1,500 to support the costs associated with bringing young people into cricket.
HYNDBURN Food Pantry: £5,000 towards the cost of a new freezer and contribution towards food stock for the pantry, which provides low-cost food to those in need.
