Murley is aiming for England comeback
The Rugby Paper

CADAN Murley made a late start to his Premiership campaign when he returned from a knee injury in the last round and is set on making up for lost time as he targets a place in England’s Six Nations squad.
The 24-year Harlequins wing was the Premiership’s top try scorer last season with 16 and he forced his way over the line against Northampton last weekend to mark his comeback.
Murley spent much of the summer in England’s World Cup training squad, but just missed out on the 33 for France. With Jonny May retired, there will be at least once vacancy in the back three when England head coach Steve Borthwick announces his squad next month.
“The Six Nations is my target,” said Murley. “I’ve had a chat with Steve and know what I need to improve on. The focus is on myself and I have to show what I can do, something that excites me.
“In my chats with Steve, he spoke about working on my speed and power and challenging for high balls, but it was largely about how I can get involved more. He wants to see my touches of the ball averaging 10 rather than five or six because it is one of my strengths and he wants more of it.”
Murley popped up on his opposite wing to score against Northampton and he is using a former England wing as a guide as he looks to get the ball in his hands more often.
