CREED III
Directed by Michael B Jordan
The excellent Rocky spinoff, which first got into the ring in 2015, returns for an exciting third instalment, this time with star Michael B Jordan making his directorial debut. And it's sensational.
It's also the first in the eightstrong franchise not to feature Sylvester Stallone, whose original Rocky was the global box office and awards champ of 1976. He was still terrific in the previous Creeds, as the ageing Balboa turned coach and mentor to the son of his former rival, Apollo Creed, but he isn't missed in this round.
