AIthough 2022 may not have been a behemoth year for gear, we’ve played some exceptional guitars, amps and effects over the past 12 months and what was, perhaps, lacking in outright quantity was amply made up for in quality. This year has been genuinely exciting when it comes to the tones, progressive features and build-quality of the instruments that have crossed our transom, to paraphrase one David St Hubbins.
