Psychotherapist K J Nasrul believes we know innately how to heal ourselves. Having lost her father to lung cancer at four years old, one of Nasrul's earliest memories is of soothing herself with music. 'At that age, you don't have the language to express loss, but I found this way of acknowledging grief,' she explains. 'I remember climbing up to reach the piano with this understanding of what striking the keys would do.
