She should be basking in family celebrations for her milestone 80th birthday this month, but instead, Priscilla Presley is all shook up by a nasty legal battle with a former business partner.

“Priscilla is fighting in court to get money back she claims was stolen from her by a woman she foolishly trusted,” a source tells New Idea. “Just talking about it gets her so upset because she feels she was taken advantage of.”

Priscilla has filed an elder abuse lawsuit against Brigitte Kruse, with the document alleging she had “duped” Priscilla, and had conspired to “drain every last penny she had”.
