EGGNOG CHEESECAKE

Ingredients

For the Crust 

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 

For the Cheesecake Filling 

24 ounces (three 8-ounce packages) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar 

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 

1 cup eggnog 

1/4 cup spiced rum (optional) 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 

4 large eggs 

For the Eggnog Topping 

1 cup eggnog 

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons granulated sugar
