Everything is about balance and focusing equally on my body, mind, and spirit. It means staying present in the moment, eating good food, staying active, and looking after my emotional health. I also feel it is important to be kind to myself along the way and live in harmony.

Favourite travel destination in India…

Gulmarg is exceptionally beautiful. From the tulip gardens to the mountains all around, everything is picturesque. The best part is that it is enjoyable to visit in both summer and winter. I also really want to visit Kerala.

Favourite Bollywood movie…

It has to be every SRK movie!
