WHEN THE STAFF AT THYME clocks off after lunch on Christmas Eve, founder and creative director Caryn Hibbert's journey home from wishing them a happy holiday is a short one. She lives on the grounds of the historic Cotswolds inn at Southrop Manor with her husband, Jerry, an award-winning animator and filmmaker. They will soon be joined by their three children—Charlie, Camilla (Milly), and Tom—their partners, three granddaughters, and five dogs.
