Make Pizza on the Grill

Don't put your burger machine away just yet! Steven Raichlen, author of the Barbecue Bible books and host of the TV series Project Fire and Planet Barbecue, shares how to whip up pies under the sky.
Prep the Ingredients
Start with six-to-eight-ounce balls of store-bought or homemade dough. (Each pizza will feed one or two people.) Bring the dough to room temperature for easier stretching. Have all the toppings near the grill, precooked if necessary-no raw sausage or broccoli here!
