Rehethaan, as the home is lovingly called, is a poetic and almost dreamy realisation of Mukeshbhai Acharya's vision for his family home. Nestled in Kandla, a port town in Kutch, Gujarat, this 14,000 sq ft - double-storey home is designed by Huzefa Rangwala and Jasem Pirani of MuscLAB. Built for a family of six, it sits in a gated community, echoing the charm of a Spanish villa. The Mumbai-based architects first connected with the jovial Mukeshbhai through an email-one filled with admiration and appreciation. "This story didn't start with blueprints; it began with a message," setting the stage for a collaboration where MuseLAB ventured into the uncharted territory of Kandla to create something truly extraordinary.
