The design of this spacious penthouse in Noida by The Concreate Story highlights its architectural features and adds elegant Indian accents in layers of modern flair

When homeowners Sonal and Neha Goel visited their friends' house designed by The Concreate Story, they were completely intrigued by how unique it was and say, "Our friends' home was very different from all the usual residences we see in Delhi. It reflected their personal touch and great attention to detail." And so began the journey to creating their own abode with Nishtha Duggal and Rohan Gera, co-founders and principal architects of The Concreate Story.

Their 6500 sq.ft penthouse in Noida is perched high on the 25th floor and boasts amazing views of the surrounding area. Sonal and Neha wanted a modern home but were also inclined towards Indian accents. With their parents and two children to consider as well, they wanted a luxurious home which didn't look like a hotel.
