Reimagined Rehoboth Beach Retreat

These updated cottages at a popular Delaware getaway destination are open for summer fun.

If you are currently living the cottage life or dreaming of living it someday, then imagine spending your summer vacation at a beach cottage, feeling right at home in your favorite décor. If that sounds good to you, then these two cottage vacation rentals in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, are ready and waiting for your arrival.

The cottages are managed by Seaboard Hospitality, a local hotel company. Christina Tasho, owner and designer of Tasho Hospitality Consulting, was hired by Seaboard to “reimag-ine” the cottages, which were built in the 1930s. “The operations team was seeking design proposals to reimagine the cottage compound. My proposed concept centered on establishing a strong design thread that would seamlessly connect all the cottages while incorporating unique elements tailored to each home's character,” Christina says. “After presenting my vision, I was selected as the project designer and spent three-and-a-half years overseeing the design, fabrication and construction process.”
