Smart solutions have revolutionised how Alice and Will Buckland and their daughters now use their delightful home

What began as a modest upgrade due to a challenging ground floor layout in this sizeable home grew into a full-blown renovation which has transformed the busy family life of Alice and Will Buckland and their daughters Nancy, 14, and Poppy, 12. 'We just couldn't make the ground floor space work for us as it felt too cavernous and no matter how many times we rearranged the furniture, it didn't improve the flow at all,' says Alice. 'I'd seen a friend's home recently renovated by Caz Myers of Caz Myers Design and was immediately impressed by the practical yet comfortable and smart solutions she'd come up with for reinventing a difficult space.'
