HOW TO TRAIN
For a body-transformation journey, an eight-week challenge strikes the perfect balance. It offers ample time to witness significant changes in your physique, yet the finish line remains within reach. Optimal results come from a rigorous four-day-a-week training regimen targeting all major muscle groups, each session honing in on different areas. Consider this split: chest and back; arms and abs; shoulders; and finally legs. Allow at least a day of rest between sessions.
