One night, in the middle of deep sleep, I suddenly heard a strange voice saying, “Hello friend, I am RFT.” Startled, I woke up wondering who was speaking in the darkness. Before I could fully respond, the voice said, “I am your good friend. Listen to me carefully if you want to protect your health.” And then it vanished.

The next morning, I kept thinking—Who is RFT? Why did he visit me? And then it struck me. For the past two months, my wife and I had been visiting a hospital in Mysuru for our health checkups. During every visit to the nephrology department, our blood reports had the term RFT written on them.

Many people undergo blood tests, but very few actually know what RFT means and why it is important. So I decided to learn more and share it with others.
