Health Vision
|October 2025
When we nurture the wounded child inside, we grow into our truest, healthiest self. Childhood leaves invisible marks - some are sweet memories, while others are silent scars, if unhealed continues to echo throughout the life.

Childhood is meant to be time of safety, love and carefree exploration.
Yet for many, it becomes a chapter marked by pain, fear or neglect, creating unseen wounds that continue to affect physical, emotional and mental health, well into adulthood. This is called Childhood Trauma — a silent epidemic that often remains unspoken, especially in Indian families.
In Ayurveda, Health is not just the absence of disease, but a balance of Sharira(body), Manas(mind) and Atma(soul). Trauma, especially early in life, disrupts this balance, leading to lasting consequences. Understanding childhood trauma through this holistic perspective can open doors to deeper healing.
