Can you brief us more about Kiron Food Processing Technologies?

We at Kiron Food Processing Technologies are connected with various principals. So we represent global principals here, and we connect them to Indian consumers. We try to bridge the technology gap. Kiron FPT is more into strategic collaborations and partnerships with foreign companies. We have our joint venture with a company named Tummers. It is a Netherlands-based company. We have recently collaborated with Numafa to manufacture a crate washing machine here in India. The design is provided by Numafa. Kiron FPT is also in collaboration with Klinkenberg again a Dutch company. They provide screw conveying solutions. Similarly, Viwateq is also one of the partner companies that provide excellent surface finishing solutions for the food and Pharma industries.

How has India's food processing sector transformed in the last decade, and how does Kiron FPT aim to cater to this opportunity now?

There is a significant transformation in India's Food Processing landscape. There is a rising domestic demand and a change in consumer behaviour. When I say change in consumer behaviour, I won't be speaking of any big thing as such. If we can start from our household. So if suppose I am cooking something, I am using ginger garlic paste. So I don't even think twice while using it. But I haven't seen my mother using it. I haven't even seen my grandmother even thinking of it.

So this is definitely the generation change that we have seen. And this really can't be bifurcated into rural or urban things. Right now, as we are speaking, we have our customer, Mr. Keyur Virani from Balaji Wafers, here at the stall. And I would like to take this opportunity to state that, whether it is urban or rural, consumer behaviour has changed.
