ONE-POT BANGER!

This satisfying sausage stew can be made ahead just reheat and put the cheesy garlic bread in the oven when your guests arrive. It couldn't be easier!

Sausage casserole

2 tbsp olive oil

150g diced pancetta

16 pork sausages

2 onions, thinly sliced

3 red and 3 yellow peppers, cut  into large slices

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

2 tbsp sweet smoked paprika

2 tsp mild chilli powder

2 tbsp tomato purée

2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes  finely grated parmesan, to serve,  plus the rind for cooking

400g can butter beans, drained and rinsed

400g can cannellini beans,  drained and rinsed
