How has your journey from Banyan Tree to Renaissance Pattaya shaped your leadership style?

Banyan Tree emphasized people and empowerment. A phrase I carried with me is “I am with you”—a simple but powerful expression of empathy and shared purpose. At Renaissance Pattaya, my first lifestyle-driven resort, expectations differed from city hotels. Guiding my team to create innovative guest experiences, I’ve continued to lead with empathy, inspiring growth while crafting meaningful memories for our guests.

What excites you most about managing Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa?

Initially, I hesitated—having always seen myself as a “city girl.” But when I stepped onto the property, I fell in love: sweeping sea views, infinity pools, private beach. Most exciting, however, are the people. Their passion and ability to anticipate guest needs inspire me daily. With my own active lifestyle, I feel a personal connection to the brand, creating experiences that mirror my love for discovery.
