Since it was relaunched five years ago, the Captain Cook collection has become an important pillar for Rado. Inspired by the original 1962 Over-Pole Worldtimer model, the new Rado Captain Cook Over-Pole Limited Edition has been streamlined with high-tech ceramic insert incorporated to the bezel, laser engraving and a domed box-shaped sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides, while iconic essentials such as the 37mm polished stainless-steel case – which is identical to the first re-editions of 2017 and 2019 – and overall style are preserved. Therefore, we can imagine how this watch is going to be as highly desired by contemporary as much as vintage watch collectors.
