The main thing we have to look at for our physical health, mental health and overall sense of well-being in 2026 is that it should be the year of setting and upholding our boundaries. I think as women, we often make allowances and change our plans to accommodate other people, and it isn't good for us; it places stress on our mental and physical health. I think we should really learn not to move our boundaries for anybody. Those boundaries are important to us, they hold us up and keep us healthy.
