Nearly 40 years after he was first seen propping up a Boston bar in the classic US comedy Cheers, shrink Dr Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer) is back in an eagerly awaited 10-part reboot of his hugely successful Seattle-set spin-off, Frasier.
