On 1 February 2003 NASA Space Shuttle Columbia exploded as it reentered the Earth's atmosphere after a 16-day mission, killing all seven astronauts on board.

Now this three-part documentary relives the events surrounding Columbia's tragic last flight, including footage from inside the shuttle in the seconds before disaster struck.
