Jason Watkins is a mild-mannered family man who becomes trapped in a terrifying web of deceit after a moment of madness leaves a teenager fighting for his life.

He plays 50-something Simon Bamford, who's juggling redundancy and financial pressures,  while being harassed by a local gang of troublemaking teens.

But when Simon snaps during a confrontation with ringleader Jordan Franklin (newcomer Joe Barber), he lands a single punch that leaves the 17-year-old in a coma.
