A charismatic stranger tears a family apart after moving into their home in Channel 5's thriller The Cuckoo.

Nick Haynes (The Hunt for Raoul Moat's Lee Ingleby) and his wife, Jessica (The Bay's Claire Goose), have bought a beautiful house in her childhood hometown, but it needs modernising. Struggling to fund the repairs, the couple advertise for a lodger and artist Sian (The Long Shadow's Jill Halfpenny) moves in.
