DI Sunil 'Sunny' Khan (Sanjeev Bhaskar) and DCI Jess James (Sinéad Keenan) have a gruesome cold case to solve when the award-winning drama Unforgotten returns for a sixth series.

'At the start, we find what appears to be a body part in Whitney Marsh,' says Sinéad, who joined the show in Series 5. 'When Sunny and Jess carry out a search, we discover it's a man who's collected various enemies throughout his life.'
