Q Can you reveal how bombs end up in the ED?

A The paramedics bring in a patient in a lot of pain and covered in mud. Jodie, Dylan, Donna and Ryan get him into resus and, as they start cleaning him up, World War Two bombs - a couple of grenades and an odd glass bottle fall out of his bag.
