More than 20 years ago, Jimmy Doherty opened a pig farm in rural Suffolk, which has since turned into a wildlife park, home to tapirs, monkeys, emus and a giant anteater.

But when he got a phone call asking him to rescue two polar bears, it led to the biggest challenge of his career!
